Florence Caruana

Florence Caruana is a 20-year-old, neurodivergent, aspiring actor creative, who is based in Lancashire, Lincolnshire and Surrey. Florence specialised in acting and completed a BTEC in Acting at The Pendleton School of Theatre and is now in her 3rd year at uni, completing a BA (Hons) in Acting and performance at the University for the Creative Arts, Farnham. At UCA she gained a wide range of experience in writing, directing, screen acting, theatre and working behind the camera.

Florence has always had a flair for art and grew up visiting her parent's gallery exhibitions and helping out at art fairs. Her background in creative making has enabled her to develop a new interest in set design and enjoys getting her sleeves rolled up and being hands-on.

 

In her spare time, she enjoys making art, jewellery, and photography and has collaborated in making a short film developing new skills in directing, and production design. Florence regularly goes to the theatre, and cinema and has watched 501 new films in the last year. She takes a keen interest in all the individual cast members and can recall information about each at a moment's notice. She also enjoys walking especially in the company of her two dogs and loves to explore new places. She hopes her future career will take her to far-flung corners of the UK/globe.
